Position Description:Overview:Our Client is seeking Master Data Analyst/Data Steward who will be accountable for managing end to end PLM master data, improving business processes, and liaising with stakeholders to lead planning and execution of master data activities within applicable PLM processes and Projects. He or she will be also responsible for leading and maturing the Master Data Governance process with business partners. This role will partner with various stakeholder groups to develop and manage data activities including data definition, establishing and managing data standards and processes, data quality management, transforming and readying Master data for use in current PLM system, boundary systems and analytical tools, and future SAP system. Effective leadership, vision, and teamwork with business partners is a key success factor Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works within the Master Data team and serve as a center for expertise for master data creation and maintenance within Agile PLM and Oracle EBS systems to support the operations in the Pharma Drug Manufacturing
- Review master data & Coordinate data enrichment workflows
- Responsible for Master Data Management, Data Standardization & Curation, Data Quality, Data Assurance, Data Discovery, Data Enablement and Data Usage for the enterprise
- Communicates and secures stakeholder ‘buy-ins’ for the Data Management and Governance strategy
- Establishes effective Data Management and Governance structure, policies, practices, tools, workflows and operations with extended teams
- Measures and tracks process health through Data Management and Governance maturity assessment
- Partners with functional leadership, operational teams, and various teams to evaluate gaps and opportunities across the data landscape
- Engages with functional leaderships and process groups to ensure effective enablement of data capabilities that adhere to data management best practices while driving towards enterprise objectives
- Publishes monthly master data performance measure repots and ensure team members and data stewards maintain defined standards
- Works with the cross-functional Data and Analytics teams to comprehend, prioritize and deliver data and operational analytics capabilities
- Drives continuous improvement of business systems through organizational and business process improvement projects. Work closely with PLM system end-users to identify system and data requirements
- Ensures compliance with GMP requirements. Own NC and CAPA records and manage to Change Control records for related processes
- Experience with business-critical data in systems such as Oracle, Agile PLM, and SAP Systems.
- Fluent with ERP, PLM or SAP systems and knowledge and understanding of system architecture
- Experience with change control systems as a change owner as well as managing metrics and master data KPIs
- Experience in managing & collaborating in a matrix environment with support from fully- and partially dedicated resources
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, self-directed and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical supply chain experience.
