Job Description TITLE: Lead Software DeveloperDUTIES: Pulse Network LLC seeks Lead Software Developer in Houston, TX to deliver technology solutions that support business goals. Partner with the product owner to understand business requirements, evaluate features, and translate application specifications into workable technical solutions. Maintain application software and systems. Ensure all projects and releases are appropriately tested and risks are mitigated. Oversee and review development activities of team members and contractors. Support technical initiatives and provide input into best practices to team. Promote a risk-aware culture to ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related field and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation: translating business requirements into robotic process automation (RPA) solutions; developing RPA solutions in Blue Prism; implementing efficient, repeatable automations; utilizing Waterfall and Agile methodologies; and utilizing programming languages, including Java, Python, JavaScript, and C#.QUALIFIED APPLICANTS: Please apply directly through our website by clicking on "Apply Now."
