- Define customer technical requirements and recommend solutions to improve them.
- Define project constraints’ technical requirements such as product development processes, costs, and budgets.
- Provide support for POCs and participate in technical discovery calls with prospective clients.
- Manage the non-functional requirements – continually research current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed.
- Engage technical documentation writers, product managers, and engineers when the customer expectation doesn’t meet product features/documentation.
- Liaison between the customer and first/second tier support and engineering.
- 5+ years of working experience with enterprise solutions, preferably focusing on cybersecurity and/or identity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Excellent Java, JavaScript + SPA/Angular, Docker, MySQL skills.
- Good Android and iOS understanding.
- Excellent distributed systems and HA understanding, with AWS SA experience. Azure experience is a plus.
- Ability to go deep on end-to-end, large-scale application debugging/performance monitoring and measurement, fail-overs, and databases.
- Good product integration skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Understanding of identity and SSO products.
- Knowledge of fraud and ATO.
- Good system security and cybersecurity domain knowledge.
