Requirement:•This position requires a minimum of eight years in integration architecture using MuleSoft or similar ESB products such as TIBCO, and Dell Boomi.•Strong experience in Cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure implementation experience is a plus. Retail or Automotive Service industry experience is a plus.•Experience in integrating with industry leading SaaS offerings such as Salesforce, Workday, and OKTA is desirable.•A solid understanding of integration styles, patterns and architecture is required.•Expert level knowledge on ESB product such as Software AG WebMethods with strong understanding of MuleSoft.•Solid understanding of ETL products, especially Informatica.•Experience in data migration to Cloud. Solid understanding of SOA and Microservices architecture with specific implementation knowledge using REST APIs.•Solid understanding of XML, JSON and other relational and columnar databases. Implementation experience in Industry best practices and emerging trends in integration domain and knowledge of current and emerging trends IpaaS.•Skills required for this position include: high level of creativity combined with structured strategic thinking for identifying and analyzing complex business issues; ability to transform ideas into action in demanding environments; ability to review and analyze industry/technology trends for applicability to current and future architecture.•Demonstrated experience as a thought leader with the ability to develop, articulate, present, and promote a vision using business processes as an advantage to get results.•An ability to motivate resources from different organizations or support areas to achieve targets and can operate effectively within a matrix organization.•Understands the roles of key stakeholders and has basic project management skills.•Has strong team leadership skills. Is able to perform statistical/data analysis.•This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills for both technical and non-technical customers.•Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, present complex ideas concisely and clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writing is necessary.•The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well independently is essential.•Customer service skills including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude is essential.•In addition, troubleshooting organizational and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.•Must be resilient, adaptable, and flexible under all work conditions and have the ability to interface and influence all levels of the organization.•The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well independently is essential.•Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding company values is key.
