• Users Requirement
• Maintain instrumentation on the lab
• Skillset - People who succeeded in team are ones excited abt position - Find out more
• Ones who have engineering background or Lab background
• Medical/Bio-Tech/Pharma background is a must have
• Sequencing, genotyping, calibration and inventory is must have
• They get OT on weekend or if they are on-call
• Oligonucleotide Synthesis and PCR technology is not must-have; not compulsory
