Modesto area Property Management Company is now hiring a qualified Community Director for our 60 unit community located in Modesto. The Community Director will be accountable for managing the day to day operations, maintaining high occupancy levels, updating our marketing programs, and supporting the property team. The preferred candidate will be an energetic self-starter with knowledge of Fair-Housing and Fair Credit Reporting.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Strong computer skills
Solid organization and prioritization skills
Knowledge of the multifamily property management industry
Strong marketing and high closing ratio
Superior customer service and resident conflict resolution
Minimum of 2 years in the Property Management field
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a deadline driven environment
Able to generate daily and weekly reports
Strong math skills
Able to help maintain collection and delinquency accounts
Post rental payments
Able to follow all company rules and policies including Covid procedures
Cooperate and collaborate with all levels with employees, management, vendors, and contractors to maximize performance, creativity, and problem solving.
