We are a busy chiropractic office seeking to fill a part-time or full-time chiropractic assistant position. We need an enthusiastic and eager to learn applicant who is prepared to work in the back office side by side with the doctors. Compensation dependent on experience.

M-F + availability to work some Saturday mornings, if needed

Medical office experience required. Back office/patient intake experience is a PLUS!

The ideal candidate should:

Possess excellent interpersonal skills (Bi-Lingual is a PLUS!)

Be Reliable/Dependable

Have the ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Possess good computer skills

Have a "Can Do" approach to all tasks and a willingness to grow and learn with our practice

Be flexible and available for hours that include closing with the doctor

Have experience with patient intake, blood pressure, vitals, etc.

Job duties will include (but not limited to): Rooming patients, recording patient intake, taking Blood Pressure, performing limited therapies (we can train you!), answering phones, scheduling patients, faxing referrals, obtaining insurance authorization, and collecting payments at the front when help is needed.
