Fidelity Tax Relief is dedicated to providing support to our clients using proven tax debt relief strategies. We specialize in assisting clients to reduce their tax debt, stop wage garnishment, bank levies, and remove property liens.

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Telemarketers with the ability to handle busy inbound and outbound phone calls and go over the available options to resolve clients' tax debt issues. We offer paid training and provide all the needed tools necessary to succeed.

Earning potential is designed to allow high performers to thrive. Potential compensation is $15/hr.+ commission + Bonuses

Job Requirements:

Screen incoming calls using a predetermined script

Strong Customer Service background

Willingness to perform continuous phone consultations back-to-back throughout the day

Comfortable dealing with clients going through tough times

Must be able to work a flexible schedule during the daytime: Monday- Friday

Must be able to effectively work in fast pace environment

Must be able to effectively document the details of the consultation process and proposed solutions

Ability to interact with employees at all levels

Ability to work independently with demonstrated evidence of detail-orientation, multi-tasking, problem solving, meeting deadlines
