Assistant To Real Estate Team

Looking for an assistant to a highly productive real estate team. Licensed is preferred, not necessary. The duties will entail transactional management, management and design of social media content, working closely with the principal of the team, assistance with designing and sending out marketing materials ( print & digital), working with a CRM (Client Relationship Management) and maintaining relationships with clients, new and previous, scheduling showings, document preparation.

Skill set and characteristics that are required are:

Self driven, ability to multi task, at least a basic knowledge of real estate/real estate transactions, organizational skills, professional, computer skills in Word, Excel, Google, MLS, CAR forms, Docusign, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram,
