Caregiver

Enjoy the rewarding feeling of combining work with making the lives of our elderly more enjoyable through good care and food, socialization and activities.

We look for a caregiver AM (6.30 -3) and/or PM (2.30-10.45) caregiver in our 15 bed facility for the elderly in Atascadero, part time or full time, available at least 1 day in weekends.

Assisting with dressing, bathing, eating, activities, cleaning in a friendly and caring manner. Patience and compassion is required to provide best care to all our residents, including those with dementia.

Must be min. 18 years old with high school, reliable, compassionate, able to work at least 1 day in weekends, able to lift and walk stairs, have transportation, be able to pass background live scan check and health screening with TB.

We are animal friendly and have dogs, goats, bunnies, a cat and mini pony walking in/around our beautiful house on the rolling hills of Atascadero.

To protect our elderly residents our caregivers wear facemasks during their shift and are requested to follow the county Covid safety guidelines also outside of work.
