Head of household requires assistance for estate management, personal assistant and assistant to main bookkeeper of the following:

Personal tasks and assignments that include grocery shopping, coordination of service to the property, personal errands, dog sitting/care/vet appointments, travel coordination, household organization, mail/package receipt and sending, basic household maintenance, troubleshooting when necessary and coordination while owner is traveling. Previous estate managerial experience is required, minimum of 2-5 years.

Additional assistance is needed for a well organized, super accurate and detail orientated individual. Tasks would be as follows:

Organizing mail and incoming bills/invoices, payment and scheduling payments for incoming bills/invoices, ability to be guided by current bookkeeper and assist with bank errands and other financially related tasks. Quick Books or accounting knowledge required. A minimum of 2-5 years of light accounting that include filing management of all documents - collating and scanning.

Computer skills and proficiency a must in utilizing Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suites, Dropbox and Quick Books. Also needed are office skills of document preparation, data entry and scanning, emails, forms, correspondence, filing, and other administrative duties.

Pride in your work, with detail oriented accuracy and are able to follow directions easily. A positive can do attitude that is self-motivated with little or no supervision. An ability to think fast and prioritize tasks with multi tasking skills. It is essential that you possess clear and pleasant communication skills, an energetic and positive outlook on life, and an ability to notice family dynamics and how to interact smoothly within the household. Experience with investing, real estate management and maintenance, international travel please. Bi-lingual a plus.

Required please:

A valid CDL and insurance with reliable transportation

Confidence in working and traveling to a semi-rural property. Possible private live in situation will be offered to the right candidate in exchange for compensation. Sorry, no pets will be considered.

Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check.

Must be able to provide 4 professional references upon request.

This is not a remote working environment. Physical and daily presence on the property is required.
