Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or A.A.

12+ ECE units

1+ years teaching experience for Associate Teacher; 3+ for Lead Teacher

A passion for children and life-long learning

Ability to develop positive and productive relationships with families, peers and children

A warm, friendly and helpful attitude, flexibility and reliability

Along with Lead Teacher, ability to oversee class content and environments

Strong collaboration and communication skills with parents and fellow teachers

Ability to use computer for simple postings, reporting, photos, and documentation

Knowledge of outdoor classroom and Reggio principles is a plus

Interest in gardening or art is helpful
