Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
>Wood Construction Framer
>Knowledge of all facets of wood framing
>Accurately measuring, cutting and shaping lumber, wood and other building materials
>Attaching building materials using screws, nuts and bolts
>Examining building materials to identify and defects
Temp-to-Hire position
Year round work
Paid weekly, direct deposit available
Knowledge & Skills for position:
>Ability to perform various tasks as required to assist trailer setting crew
>Ability to safely use various electric, gas powered, & battery-operated power tools, tapes and schematics
>Ability to read blueprints
>Excellent communication skills
>Must be able to motivate other employees
>Excellent organization skills
>Ability to deal with reoccurring problems
>Positive attitude
>Flexibility to adapt to change
Special Requirements for Skilled Carpenter position:
>3-5 years' experience
>Willingness to work overtime & weekends to meet production schedules
>Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
