Customer Service Representative

Full time position working in our office. We are Home Advisors 2019 Best Central Coast Plumbing Company.

Should have experience in telephone customer service skills for receiving incoming calls, making outbound calls, scheduling service calls, diffuse customer conflict, and offer basic technical support if necessary. Must have basic computer skills for data entry 40wpm, email of documents, and sending fax transmissions. Must possess a positive and friendly attitude.
