HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER

General Manager wanted for WEASKU INN (Weasku.com), a unique 19-room hotel in Grants Pass, OR.

General Manager will have the overall responsibility for:

Everyday operations, customer satisfaction and physical condition of property totaling 19 guest rooms

Maintaining adequate staffing levels to assure quality operation of all departments and exemplary customer service leading staff to continually improve job performance and customer service skills through ongoing training and personal recognition

Preparation of annual budget

Reviewing monthly P&Ls and preparing monthly Variance Reports

Assuring that property is in safe condition and good repair

Adherence to the company's Core Values, Policies and ProceduresQualifications:

At least five years' experience in the hospitality industry

Prior staff management, including experience in hiring and training

Food & Beverage experience a plus

Microsoft Office expertise

Opera PMS experience a plus

Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Ability to work independently and perform well in stressful situations

Ability to multitask

Good communication skills - both verbal and written

Must be willing to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
