Restaurant Supervisor

Restaurant Supervisor for a Senior Living Community. Daily responsibilities include: Supervising servers in two dining rooms, ensuring that all residents and guests are being provided the utmost quality and attention to detail. Supervising all opening and closing side work, closing the dining rooms on the PM shift and ensuring they are presentable and clean. Insure the set-up, operation and break down of special events, and meetings. Communicate and assist the Dining Director concerning any issues in Dining Service. Other duties as assigned. Must love seniors, must have patience, cheerful disposition, enthusiasm, and have a willingness to serve others! Full time hourly position with benefits. Must be 21 years old.
