What is required for Line Cook:

Quick and adaptable learner and follow our recipe

Knowledge of food & Safety guidelines

Cleaning &; Organizing

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with kitchen and food prep equipment

Efficient communication skills

Cross train and work in multiple kitchen stations, prep, Fryer, Salads, Grill, Building, Expo.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Superb knife skills are a plus but not required.
