Local real estate company is offering a full-time job $15.00 Per Hour. We own, manage and resell homes in Tulare, Fresno and Kings Counties. This is a full time job 35-40 Hours per work. Maybe more depending on work load. Schedule might be flexible. We provide tools.

Requirements

- Reliable transportation/We will pay you mileage

- Some or no Experience is ok

Job Description

- Small Maintenance and Repairs

- Driving, putting marketing signs on specific routes

- Property cleanup

- Simple yard maintenance

- Scheduling repairs
