Job Description

The Senior Director, Guardant360 Oncology Marketing will be a key leader in the marketing organization who develops and supports the execution of all healthcare professional marketing strategy, tactics, and messaging for the Guardant360 platform, the world’s leading liquid biopsy portfolio. This individual will also help support lifecycle development of Guardant360 by acting as an SME for the product development organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the Guardant360 portfolio strategy
  • Lead the implementation of Guardant360 tactical plans/materials with the sales force
  • Bring strong customer insights and clinical knowledge to the Guardant Health product development and med affairs teams to support the lifecycle development of Guardant360
  • Provide leadership across the marketing organization including direct management of members of the marketing team
  • Partner effectively with key internal stakeholders including field sales, compliance, medical affairs, BioPharma and the Guardant REVEAL marketing team
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to create materials to support continued adoption by oncologists that will make Guardant360 the standard of care in key oncology market segments

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of Diagnostic or Pharmaceutical marketing experience necessary
  • Oncology or specialty diagnostic experience is critical
  • BS/BA Degree in related discipline. Advanced degree preferred (PhD, MBA)
  • A track record of product launch and/or portfolio (multiple products) management experience
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills that translate to effective tactics and strategy
  • Experience with and exemplary understanding of all aspects of marketing to include campaign development, utilizing sales teams, digital marketing and peer to peer
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement and of influencing business outcomes across diverse functional boundaries with and without direct reporting relationships
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-based environment and partner with external/internalstakeholders
