Job Description

What you’ll be doing

You will be responsible for overseeing and launching the execution of multi-touch demand generation initiatives surrounding financial inclusion. This role also requires business development responsibilities, including B2B partnerships, account-based marketing, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, collaborating closely with key stakeholders across teams to execute marketing strategies, launch integrated campaigns and attain annual KPIs. The ideal candidate holds a unique blend of both marketing and sales experience to maximize B2B partnerships and activate engagement plans. The location for this role is flexible.

  • Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, partnerships, and sales enablement initiatives, working effectively across multiple business units to deliver maximum impact
  • Drive cadence of brand-differentiating campaigns and financial inclusion outreach; identify campaign content needs; author content as needed
  • Build and maximize B2B partnerships, driving year-round engagement and measurable results
  • Develop sales toolkits and case studies
  • Present to clients and speak at relevant industry conferences
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Sales to bring new solutions to market
  • Drive event messaging strategy to ensure consistency across BUs at virtual and in-person events to drive leads and conversion
  • Develop reporting to track both results and learnings against KPIs

Qualifications

What your background looks like

  • 10+ years marketing experience; financial services experience highly desired
  • Proven track record executing B2B marketing/GTM plans and lead generating campaigns
  • Experience cultivating strategic partnerships or alliances; business development or Sales experience highly preferred
  • Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills required
  • Outstanding communication skills a must
  • Highly organized problem solver - able to juggle multiple significant projects concurrently without missing deadlines
  • Possess a unique blend of analytical, creative, and entrepreneurial skills a major plus
  • Technical writing skills a plus
  • Undergraduate degree required, MBA a plus
