Accounting Manager - Small team dynamic

They specialize in providing tax credit solutions in low-risk, sustainable options with predictable risk adjusted returns.The Accounting Manager will report directly to CFO: CPA requirement and tax background and tax credit

Proficient in QuickBooks

Responsible for fund accounting financial statements and bookkeeping

Coordinating fund level audits with external CPAs

Coordinate with Chief Financial Officer, Director of Underwriting and Asset Management, and Developer clients to gather and organize documentation necessary to report to investors

Work closely with Asset Management team on capital requests, distributions, annual cash waterfalls, and investor specific communications

Requirements

Key requirements: Degree or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

3+ yrs experience in public accounting and renewable energy.

Demonstrated skills with Excel, Microsoft and Salesforce. QUICKBOOKS is a PLUS!
