Analyze billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary

Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency

Build financial controls and procedures Requirements - Efficient in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

Reconcile Vendor Statements experience preferred

Billing experience desired

Microsoft Excel experience preferred

Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)

Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data

Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
