Assistant Property Manager

Description We're working with a client in commercial real estate who are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support their team on a long term contract basis. You'll be responsible for assisting with tenant and vendor relations, processing invoices and rent for the property, scheduling inspections, updating contracts and agreements and assisting with special projects. This is a long term contract role paying up to $34 per hour.
