Jewelry Television will be hosting a socially distanced At-Home Customer Care Sales Representative job fair on Wednesday, August 11th from 11:00am - 1:00pm & 5:00pm - 7:00pm at our 9600 Parkside Drive Knoxville headquarters. All job fair applicants who wish to attend will are encouraged to directly pre-apply for this position through this online application. All social distancing guidelines will be in place, and all job fair applicants who plan to attend will be required to wear a mask during the interview process.

Training for this position will be held at the 9600 Parkside Drive (Knoxville, TN) campus location and will consist of two weeks of in-person training. High speed internet is a requirement of this position. Must be a resident of Tennessee.

The following full-time At-Home Customer Care Sales Representative shifts are currently available:

2nd Shift - 4:00pm - 12:30am

Full-Time positions are also available for individuals who are interested in working onsite at the Jewelry Television 9600 Parkside Drive campus location in Knoxville, Tennessee.

As a Jewelry Television At-Home Customer Care Sales Representative, your centric focus would be directly dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to each of our highly valued customers. With world-class customer engagement in areas of customer sales assistance and customer support resolution, Jewelry Television’s Customer Care At-Home Sales Agents are continually striving to build strong, long lasting customer relationships by continually enhancing the Jewelry Television customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Answers and responds to continuously incoming customer calls with a high degree of courtesy and professionalism

Represents JTV in a positive manner by exercising sound judgment and acting responsibly in the customer’s and the company’s best interest

Assists customers in purchasing items from a live television show

Recommends related items to be purchased - up-selling similar items to enhance the customer’s overall purchase

Creates new customer accounts and updates existing customer account information

Educates customers about multiple JTV products and services to include: methods of payment, shipping options, and return policies.

Requirements:

Friendly

Willing to provide outstanding customer service

Excellent telephone skills

Proficient computer, data entry, and online navigation skills

Must have weekend and holiday availability
