Requirements

Experience working with seasonal menus in a scratch kitchen

2 Yrs Minimum experience in a scratch kitchen

One-year commitment

Passion for food

Fine dining experience is a plus

Positive and motivating disposition

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Knowledge of health and sanitation standards

Organizational skills a plus

Ordering & Inventory experience a plus

Excellent leadership & mentoring skills a plus

A sense of humor and sharp knives
