Additional information about specific requirements follow below.The position will focus on providing analytical and process support for the Sourcing, Distribution and Logistic/ Import-Export teams, bringing key focus to supply chain cost improvements and spearheading opportunities. This position will work with cross-departmental teams to evaluate existing supply chain processes, develop solutions to optimize, and be instrumental in implementation of those respective solutions.Key partners within the organization Senior Leadership, Sourcing (both domestic and international), Logistics, Distribution, Product Operations, Development, Design and Finance will look to your analytics for guidance in supply chain design decisions, product development, margin improvement and clarity of direction based on projected outcomes.Responsibilities will include facilitation/ support of supply chain projects, margin model representation by product category/ market, development/ analysis of solutions and associated ROIs, ongoing analytical/ continuous improvement, budget support, PPV/ IPV and annual cost role activities.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Departmental Function, Reporting and Analysis 25%

Purchase price/ invoice price variance analysis & reporting

Supplier score card reporting

Analytical summary; prepare and present financial data to internal and external customers

Process improvement activities with cross-functional teams and 3rd party providers driving value add efficiencies

Annual cost role leadership; ERP/ PLM cost/ price maintenance

Supply Chain Project Analysis 40%

Cause & effect analysis of supply chain modifications… examples

New component implementation (resin alternate replacement, supplier transitions); Supply chain transitions

New supplier introduction

Non-standard work-in-process activities

Direct supply inquiry on process understanding, cost investigation and application of change objectives

Assistance with cost preparation and negotiation

Core Team Activities 35%

New product / in-line margin model management and group representation

Cost/ ROI analysis, providing cost/ resource direction during design & development

Perform risk assessment to identify and mitigate program cost risk

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:4-year degree or greater in operation management, business administration, or related area.

5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in at least one of the following areas:

Operations analysis, process mapping/ re-engineering, finance, project management

Experience in global supply chain execution of a consumer product.

Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications, database analytical tools, presentation creation, Visio or other flow chart applications.

Experience in Oracle 11.5+ ERP is a plus, SAP or general ERP structure
