Office Manager for Car Repair Business

Acheson Auto Works is a 74-year old family owned car repair business. At this time we are searching for just the right person to become our new Office Manager and vibrant member of our management team. Please be clean-cut with a professional appearance and demeanor. We are a non-smoking facility. Duties and responsibilities are wide-ranging and include; meeting and greeting our clientele, answering phones, prepping documents for incoming work, scheduling customers, data entry and working with the managers of our service center and body shop. Special consideration will be given for applicants with experience at writing collision damage appraisals. This is a super critical position within our organization so you must be dependable, reliable, accountable and on time and present at work each and every day. We are quite busy and even hectic and fast-paced at times so successful applicants must be able to remain cool and collected in high-pressure situation. Our work hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
