Roofer/Roofing contractor needed for multiple roofs ongoing basis for large property management company in Dothan and surrounding 35 miles. Mostly metal. Shingles just repair. We buy badly distressed houses and have a backlog that need roofs now plus ongoing replacements for our large portfolio. Must have own truck, trailer, tools ladders, and license. Must be able to draw out roofs to place order. Must be able to take pictures of completed work with your working cell phone.
