Fix Auto Alaska is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our hardworking team!

We are looking for an enthusiastic personality, with the ability to manage time and work efficiently. Preferred candidates will need to have strong communication skills on the phone, be able to screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with deploying our best practices to ensure a positive and proactive experience for our customers and partners.

Job Description:

Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel and departments.

Greet visitors/guests/members professionally, determining the nature and purpose of visit.

Direct and escort visitors/guests/members to appropriate destination or waiting rooms.

Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages and courier deliveries.

Schedule appointments maintaining & updating calendars, reminding respective personnel of the appointments.

Receive payments, record receipts for services and handle and reconcile all petty cash daily

Assist with Admin and HR tasks as needed

Keep office clean and organized


Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D

Experience: 1-2 years of related experience. (Experience in an office, mechanic, or collision shop environment is preferred)

Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment

Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality

Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, photocopy machines, thumb print machine, etc.

Dependable, punctual and able to work in flexible working hours

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word and Excel

Approachable, you’re happy to take direction and adjust where the focus is needed. Also, you can keep a cool head when things escalate and you can articulate information for a solution.

Pay will depend on experience, which will be discussed at time of interview

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
