Laser Technician

Work hands-on with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatic. Provide customer and product service in accordance with company policies, principles and procedures. A company vehicle and paid training are provided.

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist in the establishment of the preventative maintenance schedules with customers and service coordinator
• Prioritize, schedule and complete machine service for customers (including installation and warranty)
• Efficiently manage business expenses; prepare and submit documentation for efficient invoicing
• Work effectively using the service scheduling software tools and/or service manager to service assigned customer base

• Associates or Technical degree preferred
• 2+ years related experience (troubleshooting required)
• Strong diagnostics and technical aptitude (AC & DC electrical, mechanical and hydraulics)
