Candidates must have proven skills in the maintenance field, and the ability to perform duties with a high level of proficiency and integrity.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining physical condition of property according to Company operating and safety procedures

Qualifications:

· General landscape knowledge

· HVAC a plus

· Septic a plus

· 1 year residential &/or commercial building maintenance experience preferred

· Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and handyman skills a plus

· Available to work weekends

· Organized with good communication skills
