We are currently hiring a Pantry Chef to work in our busy Italian kitchen. You should have at least one year experience in Italian Cuisine, cooking pasta and sauces. We specialize in dishes such as fettucine alfredo, penne vodka and spaghetti marinara. We are offering full or part time hours depending on your availability and experience. You should be a team player and able to work with little supervision.
We offer a base salary of $42k a year and monthly bonus $1000 based on performance incentives for the right person in the position. Part time compensation is hourly only.
Prepare salads, appetizers and desserts
Handle the pantry station during lunch and dinner service 5 days a week
Coordinate ordering and inventory for pantry station
Cross train and assist sauté station.
Maintain and clean station according to health code standard
Be a team player and work cohesively with other staff
