caregiver/cook/some light cleaning

looking for reliable person/ team player to work 34 hrs a week, the hours are monday 12:30 to 5pm tue 7 am to 12 pm, wed 6 to 3pm thur 7am-3pm friday 7am-1pm ,, finger prints ,first aid and cpr, tb test and physical those are a plus
