Trillium Construction is now seeking a Solar Electricians for work in Fresno, CA!

Schedule is M - F 1st shift, 40+ hours per week. The pay rate is $40 per hour DOE and no per diem is available. This is long-term work.

Specific duties:

Assist the Lead Installer with the installation of racking, modules, inverter, combiner boxes, grounding, etc.

Ensure work performed by all electricians is of good workmanship and compliant with current NEC and local codes;

Review system and interconnection design for adherence to Electrical Code (NEC)

Troubleshoot system problems and resolve electrical issues.

Work with the roof installation team and homeowners to fulfill any necessary system upgrades or repairs to support our solar equipment.

Attend electrical inspections as needed on behalf of the company

Help to ensure all necessary electrical materials and tools arrive to the job site

Assist with completion of installation reports and commissioning reports, as needed

Perform system commissioning and function checks

Qualifications

-Journeyman Electrician Certified

-Electrician trainee Card

-Mechanical Skills

-Comprehensive understanding of the NEC as it relates to the installation of solar electric systems

-Competence in design of PV systems including electrical wire sizing, conduit sizing, installation methods, conduit bending, etc.

-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
