I am currently working with a credit union in Broomfield, CO that is looking for a Network Administrator to be on-site. This credit union is a not-for-profit, eco-conscious financial institution dedicated to providing financial solutions to individuals and businesses in Boulder and the Denver Metro area. They take pride in giving back to the community while remaining a leader in the credit union industry. They push honesty, integrity, and transparency with their employees as well. Your day-to-day responsibilities include implementing, configuring, updating, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise software, network hardware, and system level hardware. This also includes planning and executing all levels of devices from start to finish, assisting users in accessing, installing, and securing network resources, and completing special projects as they are assigned. The experience needed to sufficiently complete your tasks would be:

  • Understanding of scripting languages and automation technologies
    • Powershell, Python, vbscript, Ansible, etc.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, storage, Windows, Linux
  • Knowledge of security best practices and standards
    • NIST, CIS, FFIEC
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Ip address provisioning and management, routing, switching, and firewalls
