PrismsScape Gems & Healing Center is seeking a qualified Business Manager to add to their Team of People. The Business Manager will work closely with the owners to assist them in all aspects of the business including attending off site events (Expos) which requires a valid driver’s license.
Requirements:
Two years of retail experience (preferred)
Working knowledge of:
o Quick Books Accounting System
o Social Media (FaceBook, Instagram, You Tube, etc.)
o Conducting Live Social Events
o Excellent Customer Service
o Positive & Cooperative Attitude
o Knowledge of or passion for Crystals
o Comprehensive computer skills
Job Description:
Overseeing the training & scheduling of staff
Organizing off-site & live events
Understanding & Managing Point of Sales System
Overseeing Website – Sales & maintenance
Quick Books - sales/maintenance – Posting daily, preparing reports for Owners & Accountants, assure timely submission of reports & taxes owed data
Manage all aspects of Inventory
Oversee shop displays & appearance
Manage & maintain email marketing
Regular meetings with Owners
Covering shop when necessary
No phone calls
