Community Manager - Part Time

Seeking a part time community manager to oversee a small mobile home park/RV campground in Bloomfield, Iowa.

This is a part time position for a national mobile home park company. Offers opportunity to learn and grow in a rewarding industry/career. Hours most likely would be M-F, 10-2. Hours are open for discussion. Responsible for collecting rents, overseeing vendors, improving and maintaining community appearance, resident relations, timely move ins and move outs of residents. Prefer someone with experience in property management.
