Location: Valmont, CO Description: Position Description:- Deliver complex projects from conception to implementation and QA and manage the relationships among them. Ensure velocity of operations remains high to help YouTube TV maximize ad revenue from customers via efficient partner onboarding (aka Advertizing Activations) workflows. Work with Engineers in local and remote offices to develop and roll out project workflows. Analyze the pipeline of work and productivity in order to optimize throughput of the operations team. Prioritize and assess impact of bug fixes and ensure new feature requests are fully specified for implementation.Requirements:- Demonstrated operations management aptitude with experience in ad tech, media tech or similar. Prior experience working in a highly cross-functional, matrixed environment with remote teams. Logical thinking and independent decision making skills. Superior problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and solution-oriented attitude.Skill/Experience/Education:Mandatory:- BS/BA degree or equivalent. 6-8 years of experience in program management, project management, product management and/or technical partner management/operations. Demonstrated technical competence and ability to quickly understand complex systems.Desired:- Experience driving cross-functional teams of diverse backgrounds (i.e., engineering, product, marketing, sales, policy, etc) towards ambitious data-driven goals. Affinity for technology, including intermediate to advanced aptitude with gSuite, project management tools and frameworks (e.g. Gantt, Critical Path, RACI, Agile, Waterfall, etc). Excellent organizational, people, and project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner and delegate when necessary. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated capability of taking self-initiative, leadership roles, breakthrough thinking, and functioning in highly dynamic environments. Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills and impeccable business judgment. Strong mindset for continuous improvement and proven ability to switch between big picture and excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles with increasing levels of responsibility and independence. Advanced forensic skills with the ability to quickly debug issues and find resolutions.
