WE WILL NOT SPONSOR NOW OR IN THE FUTUREWhat you get to do every day- Provides the RACI matrix for projects in a product line- Work in close cooperation with the Current Management to redefine project processes.- Submits detailed reporting to management on risk assessments, milestone completion, and project status- Offers support to manage dependencies among cross-product teams- Supports to manage, classify, and identify risk for functional improvement requests- Work in close collaboration and communicates with developers, technical team members, designers, and stakeholders- Lays out project with appropriate ticket workflows and boards- Observes and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner- Collaborates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects- Support the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products- Drives project planning- Creates schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product- Commands deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner- Creates and handles the sprint planning and grooming meetings and marks ticket assignments- Functions as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies- In partnership with the Product Owner/Product Manager, you will facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap- Provide that the functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable- Teams up with Product Owner/Product Manager to see to it that the product vision and high-level business objectives are apparent and accomplishable- Enhances the daily stand-ups, making sure they are brief, focused, and timely- Rallies details from QA leads, business analysts, and technical leads into Requirements - Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines- Background in project management, operations, and supervisory leadership- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing- This position requires experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs- Strong problem solving and analytical skills- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues- If you can demonstrate that you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies, this position is for you- This position requires a Project Management (PMP) certification- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures- Capable of working independently with minimal oversight- The person in this position should be flexible and focused- This position will be the best fit for a candidate with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools- Construction Projects experience preferred- Microsoft Office Suites experience- Quality experience with Verbal De-Escalation- Well-founded grasp of Multiple Vendors- General familiarity with Manage Vendor Relationships- Proven knowledge of Analytical Skills- Strong familiarity with cross functional project management- Experience with Analytical Reasoning- Commercial Construction Projects experience desired- Practical knowledge of Written Communication Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
