Job Description

The

Remote Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews forall position levels ofDungarvin employees within the state of Wisconsin. Reporting to the Wisconsin HR Manager, this position will be a member of the recruiting team and willsupport recruiting efforts across the state. This position will work collaboratively with other departments and with hiring managers to ensure that our recruitment process is executedquickly and at the highest level of quality.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Must have one to twoyears of Recruiting Experience
  • Bachelors degree preferred OR a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
  • ATS experience required with preference to SmartRecruiters and Ultipro.
  • Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces with preference given to those in social services sector. (Retail, Manufacturing, etc.)
