Apartment Maintenance Technician

Looking for someone to assist our staff with maintenance duties for 104 Apartment homes in Sheboygan.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Painting

Minor Plumbing, Electric

Drywall, Doors, Windows,General Apartment Maintenance,

&

Miscellaneous other tasks as needed.

Only Dependable, Trustworthy, Competent individuals with Attention to Detail need to apply.

Living on site is preferred, but not required.
