An Electrician Inc. is accepting applications for: Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant
Office Manager for Electrical Contractor – Eureka.
-Duties include invoicing, A/R, A/P, Bank reconciliation, Deposits, Quarterly Summaries,
Filing, Typing proposals, Petty cash. Payroll done by CPA. Other duties as required.
-Skills required: 10 key, computer and cell phone literate, strong math and English,
organizational, attention to detail, basic accounting, basic office machines.
-Software Outlook, Quick Books, Excel, Word, Publisher, Mighty Text.
-Successful candidate will be experienced and able to organize work flow and prioritize jobs.
Be flexible, and able to work independently as well as on a team.
Hours 30 to 40 per week, Wage DOE, Benefits Vacation/Sick. 401-K after one year.
