Assistant Operations Manager

Stratus Building Solutions (a commercial cleaning company) is seeking a hard worker with a great attitude to help with the daily operations of a fast-paced, ever-changing, and rapidly growing company!

This would start as a part-time position (approx. 20 hours per week) and could turn into a full-time role.

Duties would include, but are not limited to:

- Assist in the cleaning office/business/retail locations

- Disinfecting customer locations. We use the latest technology to ensure our customer locations are clean and safe

- Help develop/train unit franchise owners in the commercial cleaning industry

- Schedule new starts and transfers and ensure each franchise owner is properly prepared

- Receive and respond to service-related calls from account customers

- Schedule and conduct inspections

- Assist with new account sales

- Assist with new unit franchise sales

Cleaning-industry experience and/or background in B2B sales is a plus.
