Physical Therapy Front Office Coordinator

Job Description

Our growing physical therapy office is interviewing for a Front Office Coordinator position. Our office is a therapist-owned PT clinic established in 2010. We provide some of the very best therapy services in the region with our highly-skilled team. We strive to promote a positive work environment that fosters mutual respect, collaboration, as well as personal and professional growth. We are looking for someone who is personable, self-directed, and works well in a dynamic team environment. Strong preference to physical therapy students or candidates looking to break into the physical therapy industry.

The position is open immediately.

Hours:

40 hours/week

Monday - Friday

9:45 - 6:15

Compensation:

$15.00 - $18.00/hour

Must have basic administrative knowledge such letter composition and telephone etiquette

Excellent grammar and proofreading skills

Job Requirements:

Assist in scheduling patients and answering patient questions

At least one year working in a customer service environment

Skilled with Microsoft office suite

Skilled in use of internet based applications

Receive phone calls

Handle faxes

Prepare medical record requests

Perform light cleaning tasks; such as wiping counters, laundry, and general clinic upkeep

Responsible for office and medical supply inventory and updates

Other tasks as assigned
