We are on a mission to be the most trusted and loved brand in Cannabis.About the Role:As the CCTT Manager, you are primarily responsible for managing traceability and keeping all of CCA’s cannabis material in compliance. You are the main point of contact for all aspects of our Metrc implementation, including systems integration and reporting. You will lead a team of specialists, covering the entire process from nursery, cultivation, manufacturing, to distribution. You will also collaborate with our Supply Chain, Product, and Operations teams to design and innovate processes to ensure data integrity and metrc compliance. What You'll Do:Under the guidance of the Director of Compliance, you will unify multiple track and trace departments into a single team.

Assess current traceability implementation, includings systems and staff and ensure set up is compliant with state and local regulations.

Work closely with Nursery Operations, Cultivation Operations, Manufacturing Operations, and Warehousing/Distribution Operations to ensure accuracy of reports, inventory and volume of product on hand.

Manage the CCA’s regional California Cannabis compliance function, including inventory and audit controls.

Monitor compliance systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Constantly review all movements of inventory within and across facilities, investigate discrepancies and coordinate with leadership to analyze issues and develop policies to prevent future discrepancies.

Grow, lead, train, and coach track and trace team on company policies and procedures and seek feedback for improvements.

Maintain professional communication with personnel at all levels.

Formulate strategic and operational objectives, and measure achievements through KPIs.

Maintain comprehensive understanding of evolving rules and regulations related to adult use cannabis.

Create work schedules for the track and trace team, manage time off requests, and review timesheets for approval.

Perform periodic audits of all cannabis products, as required by state regulations.

Perform all other duties as assigned or inherent to the position.

Required:Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or related concentration, or at least 5 years of experience supervising a team required.

At least 2 years team leadership, including hiring, and performance management, preferably in a Track & Trace setting.

Experience building,refining, and scaling processes in a rapid growth company.

1-2 years hands-on experience using Metrc, preferably in cultivation, manufacturing, and/or distribution setting.

Fluency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Sheets/Excel; knowledge of pivot tables and basic formulas required.

Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude; strong work ethic.

Highly organized and detail oriented;adaptable and open-minded when troubleshooting or implementing new systems or procedures.

Forward-thinking and idea-driven; offers new ideas.

Ability to function within a cross-platform software environment.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings or late evenings as needed.

Intermediate/Expert user of Microsoft Office, Google’s G suite, and Asana.

Functional knowledge of California cannabis regulations.

Must be 21 years of age (or older) at the time of hire.

Proficiency of the English language; excellent verbal and written communication.

Experience in compliance and/or quality control & traceability.

Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management/ERP systems.
