Field Supervisor - Snow Operations

Case Snow is one of the leading snow and ice management providers in North America! We service over 6000 small and large box commercial sites across 45 states, and we are continuously growing. We provide landscaping services as well.

Job Duties:

 Attend pre-season training.

 Conduct site visits and pre-season damage analysis.

 Establish great client relationships.

 Manage assigned sub-contractors.

 Solve any issues and / or non-performance.

 Assist in plowing operations.

 Provide field guidance when needed

Requirements:

 Managerial experience

 Snow / landscape / construction experience preferred, but not required

 Familiar with smartphone and tablet technology and comfortable communicating through email, text and other messaging systems

 Basic knowledge or aptitude to learn plow truck and sander operations for snow removal

 Hold current driver’s license, accompanied by clean driving record

 Ability to work long shifts and available 24/7 during any snow or ice event
