Residential Home Inspector (no exp req)

Did you know that the average home inspector makes $60-$100K a year. The average home inspection cost $250-$400 dollars and up! It takes about 2-3 hours to do an inspection/report. That is only working about 15-20 hours a week making this kind of money. No high school diploma or construction experience required. Learning our home inspection process we teach will help you to be accurate and successful in your business.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE A LICENSED HOME INSPECTOR IN SOUTH CAROLINA.

YOU HAVE TO BE TRAINED! Either by working for a licensed contractor / home inspector (1 year apprenticeship training) OR go through a SC State approved course in home inspection!

WE PROVIDE THAT TRAINING YOU NEED! If you go through our training, you don't need to work for another home inspector for 1 year. SC state licensed Home inspectors can inspect homes for real estate sales, construction opinion, new construction, foundation inspections, manufacture homes, bank loans, re-financing inspection, repair projects, 401K programs, HUD inspection and much more anywhere in the state!

Our upcoming training class is November 5, 6 & 8th in Columbia area (Harbison / Columbia) Class time is from 9:00-4:30 (Fri & Sat) and 8:00-12:30 (Sun)

The class starts at 9AM (Friday November 5, 2021). Class will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn (Harbison / Columbia)(northwest area of Columbia)

(We provided the certification required by SC LLR (Labor, Licensing and Regulation Board) This means: You DO NOT have to have apprenticeship training or working for another inspector (1 yr apprenticeship)
