Carpenter & Conservation Crew Supervisor - $21.50 to $33 per hour

Use your construction skills to enrich and transform the lives of young people in Dane County! Carpenter & Construction Crew Supervisors train and supervise crews of 8–13 young adults in residential and/or commercial construction. The supervisor works with other direct service staff to develop an individualized plan for each crew member. The plan defines job skills, educational, and personal development goals for the young person to achieve during their time at Operation Fresh Start.

SALARY AND BENEFITS: Enjoy a four-day work week while earning between $21.50 to $31.00 per hour ($42,000 to $60,000 annually), depending on your qualifications and experience. Scheduled work hours are 7:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
