Temporary Manufacturing Associate / CRIN Components / 2nd Shift

Job Description

Maintain SPC charts, logbooks, databases, and other miscellaneous records as required.

Make work station adjustments, tool and fixture changes as required to maintain quality standards and facilitate changeover of product types.

Operate one or more work stations according to job description, operator instruction sheets, blue prints, and/or communicated instructions.

Operate machines, perform dimensional checks, visually inspect, and/or audit components to specification using a variety of measuring and inspection equipment.

Identify, count, transfer, and store supplies, components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies using current inventory and lot control systems.

Perform simple machine adjustments and changeovers.

Calibrate gauges and equipment if trained and instructed.

Display high level of associate involvement, teamwork, continuous improvement, and strong customer focus.

Demonstrate discipline regarding adherence to established standards, policies, and procedures.Maintain a clean and orderly work area and performs miscellaneous duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have completed high school with a high school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in Word and Excel, preferred.
• Must be flexible to work overtime on holidays and weekends as needed.
