TLV - Line Cooks/Cocineros

We are looking for line cooks to join us for the reopening of the Fareground Food Hall! We have been only doing curb-side for the past year but are able to open the doors to the public and need some great cooks to join the team.

TLV is a partnership betweenRichter and Chef Kevin Fink, of local Austin favorite’s Emmer & Rye and Hestia. It is located at Caesar Chavez and Congress, downtown.

TLV features a menu that is focused on Israeli street food. The menu includes traditional hummus plates, iconic street sandwiches like falafel and sabich, roasted cauliflower, Israeli salad, various kebabs, Borekas, homemade pickles, homemade spice blends, the highest quality imported tahini, and real Israeli pita from Angel Bakery.

We are looking for hardworking cooks who are open to learning new techniques and flavors. While working with us, you will be pushed to focus on quality and consistency in a large volume environment. Compensation is $15/hour plus tips. At 6 months of employment you will be paid $16/hour and at 1 year you will be paid $17/hour.
